BOMA Group are an industrial property developer and investor who specialises in purpose built facilities for industrial clients in Brisbane and Mackay. Our typical clients include businesses relating to the mining, automotive and logistics sectors.

ABOUT US
BOMA Group was established in 1996 and operates primarily in the Brisbane and Mackay industrial property markets. Over the years, BOMA Group have successfully developed some 150,000m2 of industrial property for its clients; some of which it still retains within its investment portfolio. BOMA Group have the skills and experience in providing purpose-built industrial buildings to suit the particular needs of each business.
BOMA Group is a proud to be the owner of circa 100ha of developed and undeveloped industrial land within its portfolio and welcomes the opportunity to connect with clients looking to lease, own or build their own industrial property.
OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE
BOMA Group is part of the EPOCA Group of Companies and has the following key executive management team:
Gilberto Maggiolo is the Chairman of Directors and CEO of a number of companies operating in civil engineering construction,mining construction, the transport industry and commercial property development.
Gilberto began his long and successful business career after emigrating from Italy as a 19-year old and finding work as a boilermaker at Mount Isa Mines.
Gilberto and Tony Bosso established a contract steel fabrication company which in 1970 became Epoca Constructions.Gilberto was responsible for the successful expansion of Epoca Constructions to Mackay.

Tony Bosso is Managing Director of a range of companies in civil engineering, project management and construction, the transport industry and commercial property development.
Tony started his working life as a boilermaker in Perth, to where his family migrated from Italy in 1958.
Tony’s partnership with Gilberto Maggiolo created a skill base that serviced increasingly complex projects. As the business grew,Tony took responsibility for the success of Epoca Constructions in Mount Isa.
